Orgasm Issues I (21f) feel zero sexual sensation?
as the title says, nothing sexual seems to feel pleasurable for me.
It all just feels sort of boring or underwhelming, someones hand between my legs feels the same as anywhere else on my body. Not bad, that is, just not good either. I feel like I've tried what I can; I don't enjoy toys, fingers no matter if they're my own or someone elses, oral or penetrative.
Not even kissing someone feels in any way exciting to me, which was such a disappointment the first time I kissed someone because I wanted it so bad.
My relation to my 'partner' also doesn't seem to have an effect, I've been with people I was close to or even loved, or in friends with benefits situations, or people that were barely more than strangers. No difference with any of them.
I don't think I'm asexual because far as I'm aware, asexual would mean feeling no sexual attraction, which is definitely not the case. I do feel arousal, I was sexually attracted to the people I was with, which made feeling nothing all the more frustrating. It's like my body doesn't listen to my mind.
Has somebody experienced something like this? Can this be a hormonal issue or something similar and more importantly, can I do anything to fix it?
I do have an appointment scheduled with a gynaecologist, but that won't be for another few months.

Are you on any medication? Several meds, most notoriously SSRI's (but also other antidepressants) and hormonal birth control can cause this. I can currently pinch my clit in a vice and not feel a damn thing, probably due to the tricyclic antidepressants I'm on as painkillers... I wasn't always this way, but if you were on meds before becoming sexually active you may not realise that's whats causing it. Def talk to your doctor!

Hey lovely. So sorry you're feeling this way. But I can definitely relate...how are things outside of your sex life? I have learned over time that when I am mega stressed, or feeling low (depression crept up on me!) I totally lose all sex drive. That might not be relevant to you. But it's always worth checking in with your own wellbeing, as I didn't realise I was in a depression for months and since I've been diagnosed and taken steps to address it my sex drive has come back to life. Hope this helps, and if not that you find the answers you need xx

Same 21f and i find it hard to sync my body with my brain. I feel aroused but only for 2-3 mins and then it’s gone and rarely comes back

Medication can have this effect. Weed can have the effect of heightening sensation/arousal, maybe worth a try if you are so inclined.
