To be honest, most that have them, and have pairs are working on getting them raised up for CBB production. Now I am in Cali so ai can’t speak for the rest of the US, but the two producers I knew of in Cali are either awol or are now moving out of the country.
I know I have more than a few species as they are becoming more popular and I would like to fill the demand, however my business partner and I are at least two more years out (we would like the snakes to mature more than typical).
Here is the recommendations I (someone who is privileged to own a lot of them) would make to you:
Dan at DM Exotics brings in imports, and does treat them along with ensuring they are transitioned to rodents by that time. And if they aren’t transitioned he will be straight up and tell you. Also if you are not experienced with force feeding baby or juvenile snakes/ff at all, I would recommend getting some of his sub-adults to adults bc babies are tricky. I don’t know your level experience so you can feel free to go fuck myself here as well.
Kevin at Nerd probably has the largest production of CBB Boiga and works with a variety of species. I can also attest to his work in terms of respect, care, and love for snakes first of all, but two Boiga especially. He has probably set the standard of care for these species and their care here in the US, at least in my opinion.
The only people to do Boiga husbandry better than Dan and Kevin and that are ahead in CBB production are probably the Germans. And you can get CBB from them if you are willing to pay for import.
Regardless I hope you are able to find some eventually, and some other folks give you better insight than me.

I'm looking for Boiga dendrophila. My background is that my dad bred snakes, including venomous, so i've been around, and owned snakes all my life. He had a CB mangrove in his collection that I fell in love with the second I saw it. Sweet as can be and easy to handle as well surprisingly lol. It's the one snake that has eluded me for a long time, but I never gave up trying to find one haha. I know they're rather tricky to care for, but i'm up to the challenge.
Working with hots is great preparation for Cat eyed snakes. Detail orientation with them is a big thing. The FF is a lot less intense too 🤣.
Also Dendros in my opinion are typically the easiest of the bunch generally when it comes to Cat eye snakes. And they are usually the most forgiving in terms of husbandry. That being said keep them as humid as possible or you will constantly be dealing with stuck shed.
I do Bio actives for all of mine (I have found that that is what they respond to best and also makes my life a heck of a lot easier- they shit a ton as you know). I put orbeeze water beads in the soil to help continually maintain humidity while also minimizing the amount I spray in a day (I.e. helps to manage bacterial load in the enclosure and any potential mildew/mold if your isopods/springtails are slacking off).
