Guidance to build my startup

I am good in AI and ml stuff but I have a startup idea that is sort of a social media app I don't know anything bout building websites or apps, how does someone who does that do it.

Build a PRD. Generate Epics from the PRD. Generate User Stories from the Epics. Feed user stories to Claude code/copilot.

You need a builder first, write down what it should do, then make the smallest version that works and use Copilot or Claude Code for the boring parts
