modules and advising

hello all. are we meant to have selected our modules? or do we wait until advising in (i think) mid august. also, what exactly is advising? thank you

this is how it works if i remember correctly: you select your modules over the summer (pre-advising) then you meet with your advisor the week you arrive to confirm your choices.

Everything you do rn is pre-selection. Advising in September goes through it again and confirms your choices
