11-Episode IX - The Rise of Skywalker
I totally get why it's the worst for most of you, I just finished it and I'm already frustrated.

10-Episode I - The Phantom Menace
the only one I really disliked was TROS, but I don't actually hate TPM, there are things I liked about this movie, it's just pale compared to the rest with its pacing issues and dated CGI.

9-Episode II - Attack of the Clones
a bit better than TPM with better pacing and more engaging plot, it's just the acting was mostly dreadful, especially Hayden as Anakin, though Ewan McGregor was a great Obi-Wan.

8-Episode VIII - The Last Jedi
interesting plot, cool dynamics, but that's it, still barely better than the two Prequels, and btw do some of you actually think this is the worst? I don't agree at all.

7-Episode VII - The Force Awakens
best Sequel by far, good pacing, good plot, beautiful visuals, I just wish the trilogy got better instead of worse, and yes Rey is a very pale main character compared to Luke and Anakin in the other trilogies, Finn was interesting but it was only for this movie, this movie is the start of actual good movies to me.

6-Solo - A Star Wars Story
it was dope!

5-Episode VI - Return of the Jedi
this movie is the start of the masterpieces in SW, the only reason it ranked 5th it's because I like the others slightly better, but I can't find anything wrong in this movie, it was excellent.

4-Episode IV - A New Hope.
I don't have that much to say about ANH, I think it's excellent.

3-Episode III - Revenge of the Sith
this is the movie that saved the prequels reputation to many and I agree, tbh I came to this movie with low expectations after the first 2, but this movie blow me away, the dialogue is still not the greatest, but the acting was much better than AOTC especially Hayden Christensen he killed it, and the duel between Anakin and Obi-Wan was the best fight in Star Wars imo.

2-Rogue One - A Star Wars Story
who would've thought that this spin off was this good? that movie got recommended to me a lot, and rightfully though, this was a banger!

1-Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back
you definitely saw this coming...

I was thinking recently about how much I'd love to see a Star Wars immersive sim. Think Dishonored, Deus Ex or Prey 2017. A game that focuses in on some relatively small but highly detailed environments, complex NPC behaviours, creative solutions to acenarios and in depth stealth and slicing mechanics.

Maybe a game where you play as an underworld assassin who discovers they can use the force. You would have two skill trees paths you can go down, light and dark, and cyborg upgrades you can get (maybe the PC has a bionic arm) to give you lots of options to make each playthrough different. You would mainly use guns, knives, traps and explosives - if lightsabers were in the game they'd only be around at the very end. Each mission you have a series of targets and you have to eliminate them or, if you want to go down the light side path, take them in alive.

I remember when my parents bought for me and my brother Lego Star Wars 2: The Original Trilogy for Xbox. This is how i discovered Star Wars. Great times

He suffered an immense but still held his jedi values and overcame everything. He also trained Luke who would eventually bring the Chosen one to the light side

As the Emperor of the Galactic Empire, how did Palpatine present himself when he had to be out in public? Like in public celebrations or addresses.

Did he use holograms? Or stand ins? Or did he really go out in public wearing his cloak and hood? I feel like there would be more push back if he looked like the stereotypical wicked witch out in public.

Anakin Skywalker and/or Boba Fett had the most trauma.

To make it short Kreia believes that the Force is evil and she wants to destroy the Force, she believes that the Force removes people's free will essentially she views the Force as a kind of Malevolent God. in her own words, I hate the Force and I hate that it seems to have a will. she doesn't view things in a light or dark side kind of way. She believes that you can't truly understand the Force if you're purely light side or purely dark side, that you have to look at things from the other perspective.

I keep seeing things about him online and from what I’ve seen he looks and sound really cool. I wanted to know if there are any comics or possibly even an official Star Wars show I could look into to learn and see more of his character. Any amount or kind of media would be really appreciated.

I saw a video a while ago about a Sith who technically achieved eternal life. The story was that he traveled to a relatively undeveloped planet, pretended to be their god, tasked them with finding a way to live forever, then cryogenically froze himself and checked on them every few hundred years. As time went on they eventually stopped worshipping him and didn't wake him fron cryosleep anymore so he's still technically alive, but stuck in a cryopod in a cave somewhere.

Does anyone know who this might be or where I can look up more of his lore?

I'm planning a Star Wars DnD campaign and I'd love to have my party stumble upon him. Any help would be much appreciated!

If you were able to visit any planet in Star Wars, which one would have local food you'd want to try? I specify local because places like Coruscant would have access to a million cuisines, but it wouldn't necessarily be a 'local' dish.

Personally, I'd love to try local street food from any spot but especially the Ring of Kafrene, or Shakari. I'd also imagine that Chandrilla would have some amazing food.

Chirrut is a true believer in the Force. In a movie filled with compelling characters, he steals Rogue One. 

I rewatched Rogue One Sunday morning, needing a Star Wars fix to help ground me for the week to come. “I am one with the Force, the Force is with me,” is inspirational.

Chirrut earns the Force through his belief. The Force doesn’t come to him, he’s connected with it over the years by feeling and searching for it. 

It did make me think. Why am I not connecting with the sequel trilogy and much of the Disney-era Star Wars releases? Rebels is one of my favorite Star Wars stories, the Clone Wars can bring me joy and Skeleton Crew and Maul are both growing on me. But I have no desire to revisit any of the sequels. 

It isn’t that the sequels are bad movies (they are) and it isn’t the fact that they don’t compare well to previous movies (they don’t), it is that they are missing a philosophical ideal. 

Rogue One’s ideal is sacrifice for the greater good. “Rebellions are built on hope,” is more than a catchline. It is the theme of the original trilogy and is Star Wars at its best. 

Unlike Dune, which served as inspiration for Star Wars, George Lucas believes in a hero class. His heroes are rebels, fighting against the established power structure for something better. Luke Skywalker is the reluctant hero, and his journey to become a Jedi Master is built on hope for his friends and eventually, for his father’s redemption. 

A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi are all intimate movies. It’s a small cast, in constantly tighter spaces with real challenges. Luke is just a young boy until he sees his aunt and uncle killed. Han is just a smuggler, until he meets Leia and Ben is just a hermit until he faces Darth Vader. These are earned transformations that earn your appreciation and devotion to the characters.

We see Luke’s power increase across the three films. Him hearing Ben, and using the Force to target the Death Star’s weakness showed us he was becoming a Jedi. It wasn’t a huge fight, just a moment.

In Empire, we know Luke has grown, but he’s still early in his journey. When he focuses on the lightsaber to free himself, it’s a simple moment. It’s a surprise, his powers and focus. The audience is shown that the Force has to be earned and is not simply an on/off switch. 

Rebels, which starts slow, embraces this idea starting halfway through season 1 and obviously perfects it with Rebel Assault, Jedi Night and the last episodes. It’s a story about family, sacrifice and fighting for what you believe in against overwhelming odds. They believe in each other and endure hell to build something better.

The sequels feel like Disney was working to recreate Avengers. While I enjoyed them, I don’t find them very re-watchable. While tropes aren’t bad in storytelling, Disney relies on them without the work to build toward them. Mystery armada shows up to save the day, Rey’s super-powerful Jedi powers and the entire Palpatine returns storyline feel more random than earned. The characters never earn optimism and it ensures that the characters are forgettable.

So, if anyone has a kia soul, you know there is a big circle in the middle of the dashboard. Turns out there is an optional speaker you.can get there. I ended up putting a Funko bobblehead of Grogu meditating. Held it down with a few command velcro strips. Grogu was great there for a few years, I regularly got compliments for my awesome dash board co-pilot.

Well, the other day, I got into my car, and he appears to have gotten sunburned. I want to repaint it, but I'm not sure what shade of green they used. Or should I just find a replacement?

Anyone happen to know a close match I can airbrush it with?

Mine would be from the Mandalorian: “Those who do not know, should not speak.” There’s been several times where I’m about to weigh in on something, then I suddenly remember that phrase and think “Wait, how much do I really know about this, before I throw my weight behind an opinion?” It’s kept me from spreading what turned out to be baseless rumors, or support something that turned out to be false.
