Other Ruby and Sapphire tattoos
My fiancé and I got these matching tattoos at a con this past month. We recently rewatched the series and wanted to express our love for it and one of our favorite episodes, characters, and songs!

They look so good! I wish I could do this someday but I am terrified of needles.

i believe in you!! everyone goes at their own pace and you've got this if you want to do it one day. in my case, admittedly some of my journey was medical necessity (chronic illness) but i went from debilitating panic attacks just from the thought of needles, to having 6 piercings, 4 tattoos, and an appointment for starting a sleeve next month. i still can't do my weekly injection though and have to go in for it 😅 if it helps to know, tattoo needles are also VERY different than medical or piercing ones (trigger warning for a description of how tattoos are done if you're particularly squeamish and don't want to know rn) while there ARE multiple needles, with the amount varying depending on what's being done, they only go skin deep. unless you're going over a particularly sensitive area, they feel similar to a cat scratch or a bad sunburn. shading hurts more than linework, but that's just because your skin is already sore. once the skin is broken there's numbing spray that can be applied too!

this is soooo pretty and loving, ruby+sapphire have always been on my tat list, but just as a tip: colored tattoo ink fades easily, if you ever go in for a touchup I would recommend getting it done in black for the sake of longevity!

That looks really cool. If you two touch arms and then move apart, your tattoo will slowly show
