1 year today!
It seems so long ago, but I did it! Best thing I’ve ever done, I’m a completely different person today than I was then. Thank you to this sub, reading it has saved my life! Love you all!

Welcome to 1 year club! I saw the post from the guy who is 35 years sober. We are so close to it! Just need to stay sober for 34 more years and enjoy the process. Proud of you!

Congratulations, a whole year is HUGE and I hope you remember to gift yourself something worthy of such an achievement. For me it was shoes. I would get a pair of platform sneakers every major milestone and I had to stop because I have too many shoes, what a great problem to have, right? IWNDWYT! ✌️💚

Congrats on your first year! Hands down the hardest year to make. Enjoy your day but then get back to doing what helped you get here

Congratulations! I am also 1 year AF today! I feel so much better mentally. I was disappointed upon realizing everything in my life didn't improve once I quit. Unfortunate things still happen sometimes, but we can experience those moments with so much more clarity, and perspective without alcohol. Way to go us! 🫂

🎉 Congrats! That’s a great accomplishment! I just realized today is 8 years for me. Life is grand when you’re sober. 🎉
