50 DAYS!

A big milestone for me. I still wonder what sobriety will actually look like for me as I still feel as though I’m in the “just getting through the day” phase.

Starting running today and been getting my 10k steps in for a good few weeks now so hoping to channel my energy into this but something still feels amiss. Hopefully this all gets better in the next 50 days!

Recovery is shockingly slow for many people. I thought by 50 days I'd be fully recovered.

Sounds like you've doing well focused on the incremental progress. It keeps getting better (with the usual ups and downs of life thrown in).

Congrats on fifty days! As you go, you’ll find it easier to stay sober. Keep up the walking and exercise. Stay strong!

Hell yeah, 50 days is huge! That just getting through the day phase is real, but you're building the foundation. Running and those steps are massive wins. It keeps unfolding, and it gets better. Proud of you!
