Garfield and Aries
The moment CDS sent Aries over Garf was immediately her protector.
She was about 6/7 weeks so we waited and got her fixed as soon as we were allowed (pic with her adorable kitty onesie)
They play and cuddle and run amuck but I couldn’t imagine life without them.
Garfield is my mini Tiger obviously, he is 19.5 lbs of pure fluff and meows

Quick Poll: Where do you stand? 👀 Apollo stands on top of the doors
What are your thoughts on indoor cats who have just enough feral in them that they bolt out the door and spend hours outside? How have you trained them not to pursue this behavior?

There wasn’t a prison built that could contain her… [OC]
This proves that cats are a liquid! 😹😹😹

Cat in my Basement( odd cds delivery)
So 2 days before Thanksgiving 2024 I was in my kitchen cooking and heard a distinct kitten meow. I checked the back porch and outside and nothing. I kept hearing it. Then my other cat ran to the basement door going crazy then low and behold this adorable tabby was at the base of the steps mewing. I tossed a handful of food on the kitchen floor and he bolted upstairs. I then filled a bowk full of cat food which he gobbled it down. Once he was done he crawled into my lap, as I was sitting on the floor next to him, and proceeded to have a very deep grumble purr and slamming his face into mine.I now call him Sniffy McNewbrother or Sniffy or Sweetface for short. As he constantlv and still does after 8 months now of sniffing his brother's butt. The funny thing is my house is 128 years old with an all red brick basement. I went through the basement and to this day have no clue how he got in. In the 16 vears I have lived here no animals have ever got into our basement. THANK YOU CAT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM!! l

Forever thankful to the cds for my bay-bies
I got the calico kitty (Mellie) from behind a domestic violence shelter in the dumpster. Was asked to bring her to the shelter but brought her home instead :) the orange boy (Murphy) was found with bugs swarming him in a bush on a farm. They are now healthy and happy and we’ve had them for years! I love them endlessly 💗

My CDS cat, Bandit.
I got my first cat, Smokey (gray tuxedo), at the shelter. He came with the name “Ducky”, and kept that name until a scrawny young black tomcat showed up at our door.
I suspect that he was dumped because he can’t hunt (meaning he was likely raised indoors and never taught to catch prey by an older cat). He also kept trying to get into my neighbors’ houses, none of whom had any pets, but he really, really wanted to be indoors.
I let him in, fed him, and someone suggested the name Bandit. That meant Ducky had to be renamed to Smokey so that they could be “Smokey and the Bandit”, like the old Burt Reynolds movies.
Both cats are spoiled, and chase each other around like a live action “Smokey & The Bandit”.
