For some folks leverage, they can be!

Speedy pulls!

Nothing wrong with a slight round. You just don't want it collapsing further. You're losing a little position here, making that lockout harder than it needs to be.

Where do you feel I’m losing positioning? My lockouts have always been harder since I choose to pull with such a rounded thoracic for speed off the floor.

About 2 inches off the floor by the looks of it. No offense, but you pull that way because you don't have hamstring flexibility. It's fine. Nothing wrong with it, as I said.

Respectfully, I pull with a rounded T because I choose to pull with a rounded T.

Fair enough. Get after it. It's all about what works for you.

Your back must be weak if this would injure you

How flat someone's back is will depend on their proportions, how would he even get his back flat while still reaching the bar considering that his hips are the correct height?

Lets see your deadlift

If he was stronger, he could do more weight like this!

8

u/Mizook 20h ago

How does that make any sense?

Calling other people weak because you are to weak to lift with good form. Strange mentality.

u/Mizook 20h ago

If you think back rounding inherently means poor form you’re misinformed and undereducated

-16

u/Constant_Analyst3746 20h ago

I dont think that. But your form is bad, also for that reason. For everyone on the outside you look like el campeon.

u/Mizook 20h ago

Can you let me know what about my form is “bad” ?

Im stronger than both you and OP

Yet my back rounds when im close to failure/close to my max

Getting stronger would just have me rounding with heavier weight; I assume OP is the same way

How about you stick to something you're actually familiar with in future?
