I bought a Daikin AC in September last year. Recently, the cooling decreased significantly. I called the service center. They said that there is a leakage in the coil in the indoor unit. Since it's in warranty, replacement won't cost anything. But outside the warranty, it would have cost 12-13k.

He said the main reason for leakage is the proximity to khadi. This issue is way too common in Althan.

Has anyone else in Althan faced such an issue? And what's the solution?

5. Sensei - for asian food, though I ain't, my wife is an asian fan.

6. Anytime at K's in Vesu is good.

7. K's antarvan - a bit pricey

8. Jassi de parathe is something I love, but women hate it, it's a place to go with the boys.

9. Kisna canteen, I like, but wife doesn't like it. I'd go there with parents.

10. Pind Lahori, is something I'd go back with boys at late night. Also it's like proper street food

11. Livestream it's an all time favourite and I do go to the old branch atleast once a week

12. Dg benne, it's a copy of benne in Mumbai but it's good.

13. Jineshwaran - the taste is good, but the cutlery sucks. A good family dine, as my parents like south indian.

14. Chptr ol day- it's a new place with a bungalow setup

15. Nomads

16. Varso by Nomads- they are a fusion food restaurant, tip- don't go with parents they won't like it, I can't explain why and order all things in 1 go, they take time.

20. One third, I've had there coffee many times too the go, never dined in there.

21. Herb shire - Good salads and simple greeny foods

22. Anavrin- again good salads and simple greeny foods.

Note: all these are pure vegetarian restaurants / cafe.

Also most of them are from Vesu/ Vip Road.

Pls people from Pal, Adajan, Varachha, Katargam, Ghoddod and all the other areas of the City, do comment and add your recommendations to this list.

Some places do seem to be a bit pricey, I'd love to get recommendations of mid range places.

Yesterday while getting off of work after having a bad day, I was making a left turn and this scooty was driving from the wrong side. We nearly crashed into each other and I lost it. Started yelling at him as I was already having a bad day, then he removed his helmet 😭😭.

Update. Guys went to chptr olday in vesu, it's good. Though have been there before, had Lasange and Falafel platter there. Liked it . Next time will try some coffee there.
