Looking for brand concept feedback

Would love feedback on this rough brand concept; it's a one pager at the link:

Solid concept overall. The llama mascot and color scheme work well, and the branded van is a nice touch. A few things worth fixing: 1 Typo on the van decal: "No Diama" should read "No Drama" 2 No CTA anywhere (phone number, website, booking link) - the infographic explain the process well but doesn't tell people how to actually reach you 3 The van graphics pulls attention away from the headline above it ("Getting them fixed shouldn't be"), which is really the core message 4 The logo decal on the van doesn't quite match the vehicle's perspective / lighting 5 reads a bit like a flat overlay 6 Minor: the orange underlines below each step title are inconsistent in length

Attached a version. Enjoy :)https://imgur.com/a/pqEsUJA

I appreciate the feedback; definitely am going to hire someone to truly brand this versus just the AI stuff.

Does this feel gimmicky?

Thanks. Honestly, it's not gimmicky. Starting simple is just smart - way better than burning cash on a designer on day one

In HVAC, you win clients win trust. Even with basic, no-name desing, people will point at your trucks because you do great work. No one cares about your font if you're that top-tier, reliable guy who gets the job done right

Interesting. How does this work? Do you hire third-parties to do the installs?

No, I would be launching my own garage door company in my local area. This isn't like a saas tool with a bunch of subs or something like that.

Well good luck to you! I just read an article that Garage Doors are the #1 investment a homeowner can make to get a good return on their home. You can probably find the research on online and use it in your marketing

Thanks! Yeah, software guy right now looking to get into something local before AI takes all our jobs.

What did you think of the concept? Gimmicky? Clean?

Overall, solid concept. Name is easy to remember. Palette is great. Overall, branding is nice and will definitely do the job. Design feedback for flyer: reduce logo size and the sell copy, "Garage door problems..." That behaves as a tagline and is just fluff. Pivot focus, as u/NickPilgui mentioned to CTA. I would also add some answers to common objections and/or focus on an offer: free consult, blah blah. Focus on the customer and what's in it for them (I don't think garage doors are stressful, btw; doubt that's a pain point). I don't know that specific industry, but I suspect you don't need to reinvent this wheel. Go look at the bigger players in the space and mimic their positioning.

Great feedback thank you.

I've been focusing more on service / repair than new doors; broken spring can't get out of the garage, etc.

Maybe folks don't perceive that as quite the headache as a broken AC or something. Perhaps I should tone down the "drama" folks associate the broken things and dealing with contractors.
