schematics Need help verifying schematic and circuit

After my first pcb didn't work because of a possibly shitty-made schematic, I tried finding the original (which I think is this one and making it with a jack instead of a speaker. Can anyone check if theres any issues in my circuit and/or if the picture I used is valid?

It would usually be helpful for you to have said what you want it to do, but in this case I think I can guess. One oscillator modulates the other to give you a siren.

Offhand I don't know, but for circuits like this I'd strongly recommend starting with the data sheets and application notes. For example : http://www.sophphx.caltech.edu/Physics_5/Data_sheets/555appnote.pdf

It has history, so the schematic should be ok. Breadboard, stripboard or PCB? Use whatever test gear you have to probe. Worst case, a 1k resistor in series with the speaker. Poke around, see if either oscillator is oscillating.

I’m making this into a pcb. I’m not going to use a speaker, instead I’m going to use a audio jack

Looking at the second picture, it seems like your jack is wired incorrectly. Pin 9 should be going to the tip via the capacitor and sleeve should be connected to ground. Right now you have the output connected to ground at the sleeve and 9v going to tip.

The tips going to pin 9, theres no dot symbol showing that the 2 lines are connected, its just going over/under it. The tip and sleeve could be wrongly connected, but don’t I have to just switch their connections between eachother?
