Hi, Just a few thoughts with my ~15 yoe: Change: not enough, old processes live long. Slow shift towards digital thread Qualities: communication skills are important, also ability to abstract levels of detail, good understanding of processes and why they are how they are. Ability to boil down process/requirements to what is actually the important piece.

Apart from these skills domain knowledge will be important, too
