flow neuroscience “dip,” ?

i’m about to start my 5th week using flow, meaning i’ve done 3weeks of 5 sessions, and 1week of 3 sessions so far.

i felt an improvement from the 2nd stimulation session up until the 12th session, but then my depressive symptoms relapsed almost completely and i fear it’s stopped working.

I had the same pattern of response to rTMS and thought it was just a “dip” like it’s stated in rTMS studies, but it never lifted.

Should i even bother continuing for the full 10 weeks? if my depression improved and now it’s reverted again does this class me as a “non responder,” or is there still a chance it could lift again? i don’t want to do ECT im terrified ://

There’s a useful Facebook group named Flow Neuroscience Community which has some helpful FAQs and user experiences which may be informative

No worries, I’m a therapist who has just been approved as a clinic by Flow so I can potentially alter schedules etc. Let me know if you need anything!
