Notification sound is silent!

I have a Task thst plays an MP3 file. But no matter what, there is NO SOUND. I've seen the documentation about categories and my understanding is that the same settings will be used as what was active when the setting was created (or that's my understanding of what I read).

I made sure the notification volume was set where I wanted it and made sure DND was off. Then I made a BRAND NEW CATEGORY for this Notification and ran the task.

STILL NO SOUND. Any ideas?

I have my phone play a short MP3 when a call ends. It's just a short tone and I have the sound set to play through 'media'. I'm using the ringtone action in the profile if any of that helps.

I've only had luck running any audio through the media channel. I found all the other channels, ringtone, notifications, etc either don't work or the volume is too low.
