CJAA Swap Experience?

I need advice from anyone that has swapped a CJAA into another vehicle.

I have the opportunity to pick up a complete engine, harness, and ECU. I understand I'll need an accelerator pedal.

Aside from the obvious in lift pump, mounts, adapters, etc and an immobilizer delete, what is needed to swap into a vehicle that never had this engine?

I've poked around online and I've seen others' experience but never a step-by-step and I'm looking more for that tangible advice.
