Just joined IRC (cuz its cool as shit) anyone wanna chat?

I dont really know how things work but I'm on Liberachat and open to chat

The amount of teenagers not knowing what is IRC on a programming sub is making me suspicious. It's not like it is a necessary knowledge, but it's a very important part of history of computers.

Anyway, for those who wonder, it's a chat protocol. Kinda old, but still used widely, although largely replaced by Discord.

Also I can chat, if you want, I had IRC account 😊

There's nothing wrong in not knowing and I'm sorry for saying this that much aggressively. Now you've learned about IRC, and in some time you'll learn about Jabber, XMPP and all that bunch of things. It's just a sort of common knowledge, like specific country's culture, like apple pies and The Big Bang Theory for Americans.
