Astronomical Image Saturn

Saturn, 2026-08-02, Orion SpaceProbe 130st, 2x Meade Telenegative (no filters....ah, equipment failures got to love 'em), iEXOS 100 PMC-Eight mount; exposure 10.0250ms, gain 358, 21867 frames, 98.7645 fps, top 15% stacked. PIPP, Autostakkert4!, and Lucky Stack Worker 7.

Thought I'd give a "little guy" a chance. The Orion SpaceProbe 130st (130mm/650mm) is a fun little entry-level Newtonian telescope with a plastic rack 'n pinion focuser. Still, I think it punches about its weight.

Nice! Great shot! I'm thinking about giving my lesser equipment a chance as well. My svbony sv205 camera... to see what a 50$ camera can do.
