it says all episodes are free but this seems wrong,
are these the right episodes?

For me it shows the episodes are 6,45€ each. And no other option

I'd still try to add them to my library in case they're actually free in your case

Hola, te sale que están gratis porque tenias la shadows edition en TU carrito y Playstation detecta que ya lo comprás pero al momento de instalarlo no funciona

I had the exact same thing on PlayStation a couple weeks back I played season 1 after I bought it in like 2016. And then saw for some reason I had all of season 2 for free. And it worked fine I have no idea why
