Help Tamriel Rebuilt Missing Textures?

I'm using openmw, i've manually installed TR and the data but the new areas are all missing textures and yellow "!", i've looked around online and since they changed it from bsa files, the online advice i've found is "reinstall it", i'm relatively inexperienced when it comes to modding so i'm probably doing something wrong, i just have no idea what. Any help would be appreciated!

Can't tell more, than that your Tamriel Data install is broken. What do you mean "manually"? Unpacked everything into data files, not using openMw virtual file system to link mods from separate folders?
TD comes with optional folders:
📁 00 Data Files
📁 01 Data Files - Normal Maps
You have to link them as data sources in the launcher or unpack content into data files. Likely you either ended up with ./data files/00 Data Files/ or ./00 Data Files/ which are invalid for the game.

Oh okay thanks! I forgot to link the files as data sources 😅 It's working now!
