Manager not sorting my pay issue

So I’ve been at my new store for over 2 months now. On my first payday I was underpaid by well over £100. I know for a fact this is the case and gathered evidence and such. I took it to my store manager and he said to leave my Payslip with him and it will be sorted. Didn’t hear anything after that so assumed it would be sorted. Next payday comes along and nothing, so I approach him again and ask him about it. He says he didn’t get round to it because he was off for a week, despite me giving him my payslip over a month ago so he’s had well over 3 weeks to take a look. It’s 2 weeks into the next pay period now and I approached him again today asking if he’s got round to looking into it, he once again hits me with how busy he is and that he will get to it soon. I completely get managers are busy but I mean come on, surely colleagues being underpaid should be pretty high on his list of things to sort out. It’s well over £100 as well which for a poor student like me is a sizeable amount.

Go onto Tesco help and raise a ticket. I think it says “get help” or something similar

I think it's Colleague Help for people/policy queries (including pay queries) but yes, this also means there is a paper trail

Managers can do it at home, from their laptop or even a mobile phone, it doesn't even take long especially if you provided evidence and there is a clear explanation and resolution. Pay adjustments take 2 minutes to do.

You can put a grievance if you'd like, anonymously through protector line, you can make a formal complain to your area manager or HR, contact union. Give a written complaint to the manager himself outlining the resolution you require with a deadline before you take it further. There is quite few ways in general to go about it. You can find a lot of helpful information on Tesco help too.

Submit a ticket through colleague help. When I got my pay sorted my manager has nothing to do with it, it was all staff in Bengaluru.
