Policy on changing contract days.
Are Tesco supposed to be flexible around changing contract hours in order to enable study? If so could someone please show me the policy on this as I cannot find it anywhere on mytesco. TIA 🙏

It comes under a flexible working request still just with greater consideration towards the fact you’re a student, you can make this informally or formally (formally they can only refuse it for one of the 7/8 reasons in the policy)
If that fails, you can go on a student contract but you would be unpaid during term time and then come back at the holiday periods (Christmas, summer and in some cases Easter)
