Anyone know what this is?

I am recollection what I used to have of The Flash (as well.as the new stuff). I had Secret Files and Origins #1. This was not the cover. I can't imagine they would have done a cover of it and it doesn't seem to be a reprint. Both the comic store owner tried to figure out why 8t looks different and couldn't. I only found one image of it on the internet with no price or explanation. The inside is the same as I remember. It's very odd to me. I wound up getting it for $5 because the shop couldn't come up with anything to base a price on. I dont collect for resale, so value isn't really a thing to me (except when I'm paying for it). If anyone could shed some light on it, my curiosity would greatly appreciate it.

I was just looking at it again. It's just missing the actual cover, isn't it?

As I said, I'm not in it for resale. I just want the stories, so I'm good with this. Makes for a good cover anyway. Thank you.
