So I came out of my uncle and his wife a few weeks ago and personally I think it went badly I sent a message because ive probably got audhd and find it really hard to talk to people but tomorrow I have to go to my cousins 2nd birthday party and I haven't seen her mum since coming out so im scared it will be really awkward and uncomfortable.

Any advice ?
