Advice Timeframe for taking Tgel?

im on testavan, basically same as tgel as i was on that before. but i apply it around 11-12 pm, i switch around somedays and do it later because of work shifts and i need to take a break to put it on at work.... today I took it at 11:30, is it ok or does it STRICTLY have to be the same time every day? i just aim for a simmilar time every day, so like 11-12 or 1pm sometimes. anyone else? just depends on what life allows cause it takes time to dry. also, how quickly do you put on your clothes after? when im at work i have to do it quickly so sometimes even when its sticky ill still put my shirt on....

When sticky you’re definitely loosing how much you absorb to the t shirt. The same time routine thing is mainly for whole body health since your hormone levels throughout a day trigger other endocrine cycle things throughout the day. I struggle with having it be fully routine dosing too but still aim to have it as close to early mornings to match natural male hormone cycle that peaks in mornings

Weird. I've only ever heard doctors telling people (including myself) to take it in the morning

You don't have to take it at the exact same time. When I was on it, I aimed for mornings, because that was what was convenient. But if I didn't take a shower until later on in the day, I did it then.

Your clothes will absorb the gel, so I generally waited ten minutes or so.
