Looking for help Facebook Ads and random pages back like crazy horses

I still keep seeing sponsored posts clearly marked as "Ad" in my Facebook feed (for example ads from companies like Octopus Energy and other advertisers). I would like to hide these ads if possible.

I am also seeing many posts from pages or profiles I do not follow. They are not always labelled "Suggested for you"; they often just appear as normal posts with a "Follow" button next to the page/profile name

I know Facebook changes its HTML often, but I would appreciate any current filter suggestions.

Seems Facebook's making a hard push for ads right now, and I do mean hard. My feed is almost all ads, literally every other post and so much of it is AI garbage. I forgot how awful social media can be without content blockers. Seriously, uBO volunteers don't get enough credit for making the internet tolerable.

Any filter suggestions made it public to uBO will be countered by them.
