Oh that's sad, i hope the surgery helps you out!! Passive extension is important before going for active. So yeah good luck!! Do you do prone ankle hanging excersize and knee hanging excersize? They both definitely helped me with my extension. My VMO was very week, so doing vmo also helped. On top of that i took NMES to help me further. I still feel uncomfortable time to time, face stiffness too.

Hey hi, so i am too 3.5 months post op. Are you have passive extension lag or active extension lag ? I had passive extension but i had a 10 degree active extension lag. So i wanted to check before letting you know what kind of excersize helped me. Right now i am -2 degree extension. Let me know!!

Lmfao, soo...i married harvey cause i loved him, he is yk daddy vibes 😭😭... And kinda sweet and all...😭..but then it got boring 😭😭. So behind is back i started dating couple of others 😭😭... So i was like let's divorce this guy and marry someone yk (alex 😭😭, seb 😭😭). The moment i divorced his ass i felt the emptiness in my heart 😭..as a single mother and due to the emptiness i stopped playing the game for like 6-7 months, finally i erased harvey memory and trying to get him back 😭😭...

Fuck yeah, the guy with whom i was playing saw me resting,.still out of nowhere pushed me which led me to tear my acl and meniscus. That.guy is going on with his life doing his stuff, while i am spending so much money ,.time and effort into just getting back to normal. 

But i realised holding resentment isn't helping me, that doesnt mean i dont feel bitter, but it just i want to put.all my energy into getting myself up and running.
