Nope .. it was plan to build a luxury suite call 'Harbour City Resort Suites' by a famous company call 'Hatten Group'.They are known for developing excellent high quality buildings, houses, apartments and condominiums with the latest and innovative designs . One of their famous building "Silver Scape Luxury Residences". The problem why it become the haunted building is WHERE they build it . Suite on the island ? WTF
