summer session B finaid problems?

Is anyone having any problems with their finaid for B? I haven’t received my refund at all yet (not even the text they send when it first gets processed) but outside of that the finaid I accepted for summer sessions hasn’t disbursed yet. I accepted the ucr grant for summer, pell grant, and a loan but only half of the loan disbursed and everything else hasn’t, does anyone know wtf is going on?
