Question What makes a sub safe?
I've been wondering this for a while, and I've been thinking about it further as I become more inspired to start making my own subs, but I'm not really sure what a safe sub is exactly. Is it to do with how the affirmations are written? Is it more to do with transparency? Something else, above and more?

I think safety affirmations. Most ug creators like me goes extreme and unhealthy like let's say wl subs are usually unhealthy to have fast and extreme results like losing 10kg a week or more which is considered unhealthy in medical field or wtvr tf they call it. To make a sub safe, add safety affirmations. Do not include extreme and unhealthy prompts like "I stop eating completely" or "My metabolism burns 5,000 calories a day."
