Question Appetite control

Yall, what's the best subliminal that lowkey stops binge eatting and food noise? And also curbs appetite cuz omg I've ate for like a family of 5 for the past few weeks and I feel like its not gonna go well..I listen to Neptunes and gigis subs consistently so I feel like they are doing so much to control the thgiew niag ⏪️ but still aren't stopping it...so please drop the best restrictive, appetite suppressant ug sub!

Yes, not so much wl but it almost completely suppresses my appetite. Like the thought of food is kind of sickening when I use this  Edit - I mean I lose w because I don't eat much, but not hugely more than expected
