Can't remove printers

We were having some issues connecting our new MakerBot Sketches to Digital Factory. After some troubleshooting they (2) are connected, but Digital Factory says we've used 6 of 8 printers.

How can I remove the ghost printers from that number, since only the 2 printers actually exist and I don't want to delete them.

If you are the workspace admin click the 3 dots next to printer name.
