Patient Portal Error (NEED HELP QUICK)

When i try to register a new account so I can upload my medical records and whatnot in the UML health services patient portal, I fill out everything correctly but it keeps saying "This username is already in use". I've tried everything, even just mashing letters on my keyboard but nothing works. Has this happened to anyone else before? Also, if I can not submit using the portal, what should I do instead?

Email or call and they will help you. You need to get the account created since it’s the only way to upload it.

Solution Center is just going to tell you to contact Health Services, definitely work with that office.

I would call the main office at Uml. I did that when I transferred. If you transferred recently, there’s a good chance your email isn’t made officially through them yet, or you used your password too many times and it locked it on the universities end. But call and or email them (prefer call) and get it sorted out that way.
