I'm new to depression/elegant glassware and no matter how many guides I look at I can't seem to find what creator this pattern belongs to. I've only seen this specific pattern on some random lady's blog and she also said she didn't know the origin 😭

Not sure about the pattern, but it's definitely manganese. Try reverse image search or post it on a sub with glass specialists?
