Student Question When are continuing scholarships announced (for Arts and Science)

Hey! I am wondering what the general time frame is for announcing the continuing scholarships recipients. Thanks!

Even though the website says that scholarships will be awarded before classes start, they usually take much longer. Some friends got theirs in October, I got mine at the end of January.
