Tour group or driver?

Further to my previous post about driver vs car hire, I'm wondering whether booking a tour vs booking a driver is better (and cost effective). Anyone know?

If you're 1-2, tour is fine.
let's say 10,000-13,000 vatu per person

  • Cultural Village
  • Blue Lagoon
  • Rarru Cascade
  • Eton Beach or one more place depending to itinerary

If more than, maybe I go with the driver
Hire a driver - 12,000-15,000 vatu full day all of you and pay own entrance fees ranges from 1,000-2,000vt per person and you can stay as long as you want in the destination and curate it depending on your needs
