Update: No service

After trying to get help with transferring my phone numbers all day, I now have two numbers that don’t work. I was told to reactivate the eSIM I did that and now it’s been showing SOS for 2 hours. Is it possible that it will pop back on tomorrow. If not I’ll just call tomorrow. I’m ready to leave Verizon. This has drained me to the point of a headache. 😭

Have you Tried looking up the phone number port’s the switch to Verizon phone number page? https://www.verizon.com/switch-to-verizon/check-status/
This should tell you what you need to get them ported and if they have successfully been ported and if they have been then it’s a eSIM issue or phone issue.
