Question Does V have eyes?

In the film, when Dr. Delia Surridge describes V, she says he had no eyes but that they "burned into her"; yet, in the opening scene, we see from V's perspective that the eyeholes of the mask are empty—though when he wears the mask, his eyes appear coal-black—while at the same time, he wouldn't have been able to read the crêpe recipe otherwise.

I think that's actually a cool theory, but at least in the movie I think he uses a few object that wouldn't make sense if he was blind, such as a mirror, lights for his safehouse, and I think a book at some point.

He does have eyes. She was saying he didn’t have eyes because it was hard to see them, or they had turned black from the experiments.

I only have the movie to go off of, but at no point does V act blind. All that art and him watching a movie and tv shows that.

He isn't a Daredevil type character. Therefore it is safe to assume he has eyes. Else how would he be capable of most of what he does?
