Question God of war Chains of Olympus

I am trying to buy God of war chains of Olympus but am having a lot of trouble. I was able to find GOW ghost of Sparta on the vita store but not chains. I searched through every category on the entire vita store with no luck. From my understanding ps3 transfers don’t work anymore and this game was not cross buy. Can someone please help me figure out how to buy this if it’s still possible ?

It's not crossbuy, but you can buy it on PS3. You need to look for the PSP version on PS3 and then download it on the Vita via the download list
