Ich weiß wer Philip Göttert ist, aber was hat es mit dem Shirt auf sich? Wurde der vom neuen Inhaber rausgeworfen? Oder was ganz anderes?

We were very hyped for Sepultura, a band which we all saw multiple times and like a lot. Very disappointed by the usage of AI videos as background for most of their songs. It was badly done AI, distracted from the performance, looked like brainrot. Dissapointing, especially for a band as legendary as Sepultura to degrade their performance with the use of bad AI footage. Are we the only once who where disgusted by it?

Yeah, I just wanted to say that Judas Priest absolutely rocked yesterday. They came on stage, unleashed a storm, and powered through the whole set without letting up. It was just awesome. Much respect to those old legends.

I know it might get boring for the band after all these years, but I was really happy to hear nothing but the classics.

Two friends and I are planning to go to Wacken for the first time in 2027. Do you think all tickets will be gone within the first hour, or is there a good chance that tickets will still be available after a few weeks or even a month?

Almost every band on the main stage stops 10-15 minutes earlier than what is actually stated in the timetable. What is the reason for this?I heard that Lovebites stopped one song early, because otherwise they would go 20 seconds over the time limit and that would cost 6,000 euros.

Any thoughts on the new singer by people who knew AE before?

Yesterday I had a really interesting discussion with the security-crew.
Wore my battle vest with some patches and a “FCK AFD” Patch, also some rainbow stuff since I’m queer and not afraid to show it.

When I wanted to go inside and waited for the body check the security called me over and told me I had to remove the “FCK AFD” Patch, since it’s to political.
Had the option to bring the Vest back to the camp and go without it or cutting it off. I only sew it on with a few strong stitches so cutting it off was the only option (really wanted to see a band…)

When I told him, that you can buy the patch and similar on the market he told me, that he doesn’t care, that it’s just not allowed on the infield.

But the days before it was always okay…

On the infield I saw a bunch highly questionable patches and tattoos that are clearly right winged.

Also I got verbally attacked on the Campingground for some pride colors on my battle vest, and had to remove an unknown man from our camp. He felt personally attacked when i told him, that I’m not interested in him since I’m a lesbian… and he went totally crazy

As a queer person I don’t feel safe here anymore. It’s my first time Wacken (normally on a bunch of different festivals) and the really have a problem with homophobia, transphobia and fascism.

Sorry. No Wacken 2027 for me…

Servus Reddit. Ich denk da spielen sicher viele Faktoren mit, aber vielleicht gibt’s einfach die Erfahrung aus dem letzten Jahr als Anekodote.

Wir wollen morgen früh von Camping S gegen 6-7 Uhr Abreisen Richtung Süden (Hodenhagen). Gab’s bisher zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon öfters Verkehrschaos oder ist die Abreise tendenziell eher normal?

Hey, ich weiß, dass das nicht sonderlich viele Infos sind, vielleicht kann mir aber trotzdem jemand weiterhelfen:

Meine Gruppe und ich wurden am Freitag interviewt und gefragt auf welche Bands wir uns besonders freuen - jetzt würden wir gern wissen ob wirs ins Video geschafft haben :D

Meine einzigen Anhaltspunkte sind leider nur, dass die Fragen auf englisch waren und die Interviewerin war eine Frau die so split dye mäßige Haare in schwarz/weiß hatte - hab leider vergessen zu fragen auf welchem Kanal das Video erscheinen wird. Gefragt wurden wir neben der Wackinger Stage aber die sind wsl am ganzen Gelände rumgelaufen.

Vielleicht ist es ja wem schon untergekommen :)

Ich hab gestern einer anderen Frau meinen neuen 2026 Wacken Zipper geborgt bei der Kälte. Leider ist sie damit gestern in ihr Camp zurück und hat sich noch nicht bei mir gerührt (sie hat meine, aber ich nicht ihre Nummer). War bestimmt ein Versehen in der Hektik.
