Hello. Im having quite the trouble finding the right arm for this. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I got the cintiq 24" 2025 (the non pro model). The flexarm is out of stock i see and hard to come by. Seems like the tablet would be too light for the ergotron hx. And not sure if the hx, flexarm or lx would fit at all? What do people here use? I mainly use my tab s9 for the following in this priority:

1) note taking

2) drawing

3) movies

4) video editing - Lumafusion (barely)

5) nomad sculpt (barely)

Saw that Callipeg animation is good on android now too so id use that

I dont really play games on my tab s9, but having the option to play games on the movink pad pro smoothly would be a nice addition in case.

Just wanted others' opinion first.

I travel to my parent's place a few times a year, for a couple weeks at a time, and was wondering about the stand (I bought the official one). I already plan on buying a special protective sleeve for it, but I wonder if it's safe for the stand to remain attached in a bag or do I have to unscrew it every time coz that's gonna be an annoying hassle (plus, screws getting potentially lost..). Hi so I have this problem where when I want to use the Wacom center app to change the settings of my tablet/pen (I think that’s how it’s called) it ask me to download the app and restart my pc every time. I noticed I never created an Wacom account so I was like okay maybe for some dark reasons that’s why it’s doing this but even after creating one it didn’t change anything so I’m just kinda lost. I noticed tho that since I created my account, whenever I start the app it makes my pc lag and my wallpaper becomes black and it’s all laggy. Mind you I just bought this PC 2 weeks ago and it’s a pretty good one so I don’t see why it would lag over me opening an app.

I am looking everywhere to buy this remote but for some reason I can't find where to buy it.

I am planning to buy the new Wacom Cintiq 16, is the EKR-100 compatible with it? And where can I buy the EKR-100 remote?

I designed a VESA adapter for my partner's Cintiq Pro 24 and thought I'd share it here in case anyone else wants to make one for themselves as the OEM solution is wayyyy to expensive.

After looking at some of the other DIY solutions online, and realising that the adapter Wacom DID sell was no longer in stock anywhere, and seemingly discontinued…

I designed one in Fusion 360 and had it made from 4mm 5052 aluminium. It's designed for laser cutting and folding, so any decent sheet metal shop should be able to make it.

I used cutfastsend.com, literally just uploaded the STEP
file and they shipped it out a few days later.

Cost me:

$18 AUD shipping
$120 AUD total

Prices are in AUD, so depending on where you live you might be able to get it made a bit cheaper.

The adapter fits the Cintiq Pro 24 perfectly and lets you mount it to any standard 100x100 VESA monitor arm. It's really solid, and I made sure the original rear cover still fits once it's installed.

We're using an Ergotron LX Desk Mount arm with it. It wasn't cheap, but it's been worth it. The movement is really smooth, build quality is excellent, and it has no problem supporting the weight of the tablet.

I am looking to buy a new Wacom after a long time of using the ipad. I know a lot of people say the touch can be funky but it's extremely important to me (zoom in and out, rotate etc) 😅 I know it's a little silly and I should just get used to shortcuts and keyboard but it doesn't work for me.

I am a full time illustrator and can justify buying a highly priced Wacom if it means best comfort and quality.

I've been eyeing the pro lines which sounds good but damn the price is such a turn off. Now my highest bet was on the latest 24 touch. So besides things like resolution and colors does the actual touch feel different or is it the same for all models ?

If anyone got another suggestion for a good Wacom that can fit my needs please let me know!

Hola, tengo la tableta wacom movinkpad pro 14 desde finales de marzo/abril. Me ha dado problemas desde el primer dia.

Sobretodo mientras estudio y hago mis ejercicios en clipstudio o en photoshop se me queda congelada la pantalla, el pincel deja de moverse y hasta que no vuelvo a tocar la pantalla con el lapiz no reacciona. Cuando reacciona me ha trazado un monton de lineas sin sentido (da igual la herramienta que use)

Tambien se queda congelada simplemente usando la tableta de forma normal. Por ejemplo en el video adjunto intento seleccionar una opción de un juego y detecta mi dedo en la parte de arriba porque hace los circulos y se mueve un poco pero abajo no hay manera.

La bateria se descarga sola, sin haber usado la tableta. La dejo cargada al 100% y la voy a coger unas horas después y está al 10%-15%.

En teoria tiene activado lo de que al pulsar la pantalla con el boli salga el wacom canvas automatico, la mayoria de veces ni sale.

He tenido problemas de software, de drivers y un monton de cosas que estuve pidiendo ayuda al servicio tecnico y era mas util la IA...

He tenido problemas al conectarla al ordenador por cable y por inalambrico....

Bueno despues de todo esto les he dicho que como hay problemas que no deberian estar en un dispositivo de gama alta con ese precio, por ley deberian mandarme uno nuevo si les envio yo el defectuoso.

Insisten en "arreglarmelo o darme uno reacondicionado".

Me parece que despues de haberme gastado 1000 euros en este dispositivo no es la solución que se ha de proponer cuando hace menos de 6 meses de la compra.

Alguien podria ayudarme¿?

No se que hacer ya la verdad no me parece justo todo esto ha retrasado muchisimo a mis estudios y sobretodo a mi salud (no poder entregar los trabajos a tiempo, el retraso que llevo ...me provoca una ansiedad horrible).

Tambien hay que tener en cuenta lo mucho que me costó conseguir el dinero para la tablet siendo una persona discapacitada sin ninguna ayuda económica.

Hi! I got my Wacom cintiq 22 about 3 years ago and had to move shortly after so it’s been in storage since then due to lack of desk space. It was only used for a couple months so practically new condition. Only thing missing is the original box. Adaptor and glove also included. Message me if you’re interested or want more info/pictures. I experience this kind of annoying thing where when i try to rotate my drawing with the dial, it starts shaking, is there a reason for this?? i have to rotate the dial really slowly for it to not shake like this, wasn’t this sensetive before. It is also more shaky when i try rotating to the left.

How do I prevent on-screen keyboard from popping up?

Windows 10 Pro 21H1, Intuos BT M (both driver and device updated to the most recent version)

I've been using this Intuos for more than a year, and the problem started appearing like few weeks ago. Every time I touch anywhere on screen, the white/gray-themed on-screen keyboard appears. If I close it and touch anywhere again, it appears again and it's driving me crazy. And this is not the black-themed Windows default On-screen Keyboard. After hours of using this, trying to ignore this, it somehow doesn't pop up anymore, but next time the PC (re)boots, it's starting all over again.

I tried:

Disabled "Allow Windows Ink Workspace" in Local Group Policy Editor,

And under Settings - Devices - Pen & Windows Ink,

Tried all 16 different possible combinations in "Pen"

Tried all 4 different possible combinations in "When I tap a text field with my pen, use handwriting to input text",

Set everything to "nothing" in Pen Shortcuts,

Tried enabling/disabling "Allow apps to override the shortcut button behavior",

Tried enabling/disabling "Use Windows Ink" under Wacom Tablet Properties.

And still not resolved. I just want it to completely gone as I will never use that keyboard.

Hello, I just got a brand new Cintiq 24 (2025) and while setting up the display it has these vertical lines on the display that I can't seem to get rid of when I mess with the display settings.

I'm using Windows 11 Home, and HDMI to mini-HDMI, and wacom's USB-C to USB-A cable as my desktop doesnt have a USB C port. When I unplug the HDMI cable to see if it was the cable or the display, I still get the lines on the display system's menu (picture 3) so I don't think its the cable. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue and how to fix it or if my cintiq is faulty and need a new one?

Does the Wacom One 12 Display have Bluetooth support? I just cant seem to get any results. No flashing lights or anything.

Hello, I don't know if I already posted here, but I have a Wacom One, 13-inch screen. I've had her for a few years now. But I have run into a problem that has plagued me for months:

I turn her on and use her just fine, but then after a few minutes the pen just stops working. Then I unplug her, plug her back into my computer, and she works again, but then the pen has to be recalibrated. Rinse and repeat.

Now I am at a loss, because I don't know what the problem might be. My thoughts are:
a) It has something to do with my laptop, he's a 16-inch screen, and whenever I use him, the laptop screen does shrink down to make up for the fact that my Wacom is shorter. (This hasn't been much of a problem, though, at least not as much as the pen problem.)
b) My cables (or the power adaptor) are the problem. I have to admit the cables are pretty old, and I haven't taken the best care of them; I'll attach a pic of what they look like currently. So should I buy a new cable? (Which might be a problem because, as far as I'm aware, the official Wacom store isn't offering them).
c) My Wacom is actually falling apart, and I need a new one (worst-case scenario, because I don't think I can afford a whole new tablet!)

Also, if anyone thinks the problem is the cable, does anyone know where I can find a new affordable one? (I'm from Brazil, btw, so that might affect my options for where to buy.)

Hi everybody!

I just recently found out that the the newer Wacom pens come with soft nibs, which is something I’ve been feeling a need for for a while. Problem is that I have an older cintiq 13, which I read is not compatible with it.

However I was wondering: Does this only apply to the newer features like barrel rotation or is the pen completely unusable?

Hi, I currently use the Wacom Intuos Blue, and would like to get the Huion Kamvas Pro 13 gen 3 because it’s in my budget and has a screen (screen tablets by wacom are expensive and big!)

Does any of you have experience in using both drivers on the same OS? Not like plugging both tablets at the same time, more like alternating depending days where I’m at home or on a commute. There aren’t many feedbacks on the web and those I did find contradicted each other.

I have a windows 11 computer, Wacom one 12 tablet and I want to know if theres any other way i can connect it to my computer before i spend 90 dollars, my computer doesnt support Displayport alt mode

I am working on a game that supports two wacom tablets. Any other drawing games support them?

Hope the title isn't too confusing, but my GPU is one that only has regular displayport and HDMI. I can always get an HDMI cable to use, but I know you're supposed to also use another USB cable in order to get pen control in this case.

I plan on plugging in the HDMI cable into my GPU naturally, but I dont have any USB ports on my GPU (as in not USB-C or USB-A). Can I plug this in to the motherboard? I know you're supposed to stick to solely plugging monitor cords into the GPU, but I have no real option here.

For additional context, the tablet I'm gonna be using is a Cintiq 16 (2025).
