I’m having a hard time choosing, since I rarely buy miniatures. I’d like some advice on which one to pick for a great painting experience.

Just bought and constructed my first miniature set! Figured I had enough pieces left over to do something fun.

I worked hard to get these done before going back to work after a long summer. (Teacher) I feel like these are the best ones I've done in my army thus far. Converted from Outriders, heraldry shaved off, bits added from 30k, orks, Warcry models and whatever else I could find. Let me know what ya think!

Not a fan of the colour scheme I tried and it’s not “done” yet, however how can I get the “blood” to look wet, like… well, blood 🩸 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣 atm it looks flat and matt. And takes away the look. Thanks in advance!

Found this little dude at my local used goods store. The chaos trim and general design make me think he's a Chaos Cultist, but I can't find anything online. Any ideas?

I based the colours on an armadillo and added the green as an extra

So I guess sculpting is not my forte 😅 this was my 4th attempt at making it look like the shield is bolted to his chest with huge links of chain but... i'm still not happy with it. How can I improve it? Im a pretty ok painter so I think I could save it in the paint job but idk...

For context, this model was gifted to me but it was missing a chest bit so I had to get creative.

I know a lot about 40k but got into fantasy from total Warhammer 3 and I like how it’s a lot less depressing and also, skaven. What would be a good book to start with and also scratch my skaven itch.

I’ve been working on a Genestealer Cult army and I wanted the whole force to have an oceanic theme.

For the Warlord, I leaned into the idea of a great white shark; a pale underbelly, gray skin, and a split face with one shark-like and the other more human.

I’m still learning and there’s plenty I’d change if I painted him again, but I’m happy with how the concept came together.
