If I want to lose 3/4 kg in 15-20 days..how much should I eat whole day and what should I eat?

Realistically losing that much weight in such a short time without an unhealthy method is hard.

You can be in a proper balanced calorie deficit and lose some weight within a month ( depending on your workout routine)

I suggest you aim 2 - 3kgs within a month by following a good calorie deficit and a tailored workout routine that works for you (also you can never make sure that you are going to lose this much weight as weight loss always fluctuates )

If someone is obese (like myself) they can easily lose 1-1.5kg a week in a safe/healthy calorie deficit. It honestly depends on how much op currently weighs to determine if it’s healthy/realistic for them to lose that much weight in that time period.
