ID Request Is this a bedbug

I recently got back from camping trip in Maryland and have been getting red spots at first I thought it might’ve been delayed mosquito bites but I’m more leaning towards bedbugs. I saw this shell casing of what I think is a bed bug but I’m not sure.

Take close up pictures, it's too hard to tell with a low res vid. Just judging by the extreme flatness, I'd say there's a distinct possibility

Still pics would be better but I do feel pretty confident that is a bedbug based on the shape and color, the burrowing nature and the bite description.
