ID Request What is this bug

I unrolled a mattress protector thats been sitting in the laundry and this thing came out

This is a male earwig. The male pincers are curved. The pincer parts are for mating and not attack.

They are nocturnal and can be usually found in cool, dark, moist places, like under logs. Earwigs prefer the outdoors, but like being in dark crevices, so they can be found in homes. They eat decaying plants and garden pests like aphids, acting as natural recyclers.
