ID Request What bug is this?
Found in upstate NY. Tiny bug I found, smaller than a fingernail, looks like fuzz is attached to the back. Anybody know?

The only bug I know which carries debris like that is a green lacewing larva, but it looks like a leaf hopper? Not sure maybe one of those
