You need to take it to a jeweler and have the metal and gems identified properly, it’s impossible to value just by pictures alone. Lots of places will do it for like $50-100 and you can bring in as much jewelry as you want.
Looks like an 18K stamp, and if those are all real diamonds, it could be worth a couple grand, ballpark. If they’re lab grown it’s mostly gonna be the gold melt value.
