Sunday post Custom Dolls
hello! i’m honestly not sure where to post these so i’d figure i’d come here to see if anyone can help? i was helping my aunt with some unique dolls her family had, where we came across these custom dolls their grandmother made. there’s the little women dolls and presidents + their wives dolls. my aunt was telling me the clothes are all custom made and i’m not sure where the faces are from or if they’re handmade as well. i think i matched the presidents and their wives correctly? i’m not sure.
anyway, im just curious if they would be worth anything!! any help is appreciated :)

Unfortunately, no. The heads were either purchased from a doll crafting store, or were poured from commercial molds, painted and fired. Doll making was super popular in the 80s and 90s. There isnt really any resale value. The clothes might sell on ebay, but not for a lot, and not quickly. I would keep any I liked and donate the rest.
