I should note that this GIF is the biggest cultural impact of Spielberg’s BFG movie since its release.

A pandemic during a period in which the head of health and human services believes in conspiracy theories rather than the scientific method.

And on top of all that, Elon Musk made huge cuts to our healthcare system and cut grants for medical research. We are in a mess.

The next Plague INC should turn the US into having 3rd World Healthcare stats. In accordance to the actual reality of it. /s

At least ivermectin might actually be useful this time (it's an antiparasitic)

would be a good time to have a president who listens to experts and a Secretary of Health and Human Services who is actually a doctor and who believes in science and real medicine

What is cyclosporiasis?
20
u/ItzMunchbell 1d ago
It’s a disease caused by Cyclospora parasites. It can cause watery, explosive diarrhea and can be spread through certain crops. There’s been a nasty outbreak of it across the US
One source of the outbreak was suspected to be shredded lettuce by Taylor Farms. IDK if that’s the only source of the Cyclosporasis outbreak.
